^glad it worked out for ya, Xin. Depends how bad you need the car, I'm pretty sure they'll drop a $22k car down a few more $$$ if they need to get rid of them. Don't let that Toyota recall get to ya, most cars are fine. Toyota has been traditionally known to  recall thousands of cars for a quick simple fix, even though there were only like 5 incidents reported. I call it GREAT customer service Tongue Good luck man.

Thanks! Regarding Toyota, they've an outstanding history of making reliable vehicles and that's something that's not going to change. I would still consider buying a Toyota even after all these recalls, course, that's if I have some more money to burn.lol

Driving the Insight feed back,

Noise isn't too much of a problem it's just as noisy as a regular civic. Every bumps it ran over it's going to translate to road noise. It's just the suspension system used on all Honda cars they aren't as good as Toyota's. As far as power goes, this car has none. It's slow picking up speed especially when you're driving through ramps, but once the car hits 40+ mph, acceleration isn't a problem but don't expect to fly like your SI or other high power sports cars. There's the paddle shifters too, but haven't figure how to work that yet.lol What I'm most impress with is it's efficiency on the freeways, I was able to get 55 mpg. Under perfect road conditions, this baby can easily get 60 mpg.lol If I have more money, I get a few more of those. =D But seriously am looking forward to buying the new CRZ coming out this fall.

Buying from a dealer always suck. Their prices are pretty firm and if they do lower the price, they can only lower it so much. So don't expect to see several thousand knocked off the price unless you get lucky. Some dealers are easy to negotiate with and some dealers are just straight greedy. The dealer will always try to make you cave in under pressure to apply for a loan through them, buy the car at a high price, etc. But remember you have to pay taxes and title fees. Your best bet is to give them one price that includes all the taxes and fees. To give you a rough estimate, I bought my car about 2 months ago for $22,000 and taxes, title & registration fees came out to about $2,100.

Yeh, that's a lot of tax. That's what I end up forking over also. At least, I won't have to worry about not making a payment for the car anymore. Was super broke making the payments, it's just awful knowing that the lender was able to make some money off of me.
