you know what? we need a REAL leader... it seems like vang pao aint doing anything about it.... us hmongs shouldnt run anymore. if we want peace, we should FIGHT for it. lets build up an army of hmongs and show em what were made of! at least that way, we would die fighting, not running.

thanks for your posting of this...I'm doing my senior project on this and just found more info and yes I find this really disturbing after 30 yrs. this GENOCIDE of the HMONG is still going on...the war is over long time ago but the good deed that the hmong has done has only turned into our worst nightmare...I'm hoping that one day all Hmong American will pull together a "MIRACLE" make something happen<3

isnt it ironic how we wait until a movie such as this comes into light before we are even interested in discussing it? opt into conversing with your parents/grandparents/relatives about this subject; im sure they are the repository for a wealth of knowledge and experience pertaining to it.

i cried during this documentary. so sad and hard to watch.
i think that here in america, we have the privilege of turning off or skipping certain parts of the documentary. but the worst thing is that the people in the documentary are unable to do that.
people need to recognize the privilege they have here in america, and use it to help those still in Southeast Asia.
